Privacy Policy

This policy describes the website and its live public-link downloader. The four Coming soon pages do not currently accept URLs or file uploads.

1. Information processed

When you use a downloader, the public post URL you submit is sent to the SnapVideoTools processing service. Standard request metadata, including IP address, user agent, and request time, may be handled by hosting, security, and processing infrastructure.

2. How submitted URLs are used

Submitted URLs are used to identify source media and return available options. A successful result may use a random, short-lived download identifier. The website does not ask for your password on TikTok, YouTube, or another source platform.

3. Files and source platforms

Selected media may be streamed from a source platform through the processing service. Source platforms and infrastructure providers operate under their own privacy terms. Do not submit private or access-restricted content.

4. Cookies and analytics

The core public-link workflow does not require a TikTokVideoDownloader.net account cookie. The downloader works without accepting any cookie.

The site uses Baidu Analytics (百度统计) to measure aggregate traffic. It is loaded on production pages only and sets first-party cookies that record a randomly generated visitor identifier, the pages viewed, and standard request metadata such as referrer, approximate location derived from IP address, browser, and screen size. This data is used to understand which pages are useful and is not used to build an advertising profile or sold. Baidu processes it under its own privacy policy.

No analytics cookies are set on preview deployments. If you block or clear cookies, the downloader continues to work — analytics is the only thing affected. Any future advertising, consent-management, or account cookies will be documented here before they are introduced.

5. Retention and security

Short-lived download identifiers are intended to expire. Operational logs may be retained as needed to run and diagnose the service. Internet transmission cannot be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Privacy requests

To ask about access, deletion, correction, or this policy, email [email protected]. Include the relevant URL and enough detail to locate the request; do not send passwords or private media.
